The house is located in the heart of Canet, a charming village with all amenities, between Pézenas (the town of Molière and antique dealers) and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in France).
Conveniently located: 20 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the nearest beaches (Marseillan, Grau d’Agde, Cap d’Agde, Sète, Palavas-les-Flots…), and close to the inland region.
You can explore the region’s many attractions with its varied landscapes: the Cirque de Navacelles, the Cirque de Moureze, Lake Salagou, the Devil’s Bridge, the Thau Lagoon, the Clamousse Cave… as well as the many nearby activities: tree-top adventure courses, canoeing, paintball, hiking, swimming in lakes or rivers, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, pump track, tennis...
The house can accommodate 10 people; it is very pleasant and intelligently designed to stay cool during the summer months, though air conditioning is installed in case of extreme heat.
The 1,500 m² garden surrounding the house is tree-lined but allows you to enjoy the sun all day long if you wish, and offers complete privacy.
The large 10 m x 5 m pool is sure to delight young and old alike.
The shaded patio is perfect for meals with family or friends.
