About this villa rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, newly built, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Le Bosc. With a floor area of 127 m, it is ideal for accommodating 8 guests (suitable for a maximum of 4 children). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 48 m² living area with a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine
On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, measuring 3.5 x 7 m and open all year round, with an electrically operated cover
- A 900 m² garden, partially enclosed, facing east and furnished. This garden adjoins the grounds of another villa. The access path is shared by both villas.
- A 45 m² terrace, facing east and furnished for enjoying sunny days
- A 10 m² balcony, facing east, accessible from the first floor, offering a splendid panoramic view
The house is ideally situated in Le Viala, a small hamlet in Le Bosc, in very pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (a 10-minute drive away)
Things to do:
- Lake Salagou (10 minutes’ drive away)
- Serignan beach (45 minutes’ drive away)
- The city of Montpellier (45 minutes’ drive away)
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- A car is essential to make the most of your stay
- Nearest railway stations: Montpellier St Roch and Montpellier Sud (TGV stations), approximately 47 km away
- Nearest airport: Montpellier-Méditerranée, 48 km away
