Welcome to our spacious 11-bedroom property in South Bristol, perfect for large groups, family gatherings, corporate stays and special occasions. With generous communal spaces, ample parking and a private courtyard, this home is designed for comfortable group stays.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, offering plenty of space to relax and socialise. Comfortable sofas and a Smart TV provide the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes three ovens and hobs, two fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets to make your stay easy and convenient. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The property has 11 comfortable bedrooms, including four twin rooms with two single beds in each and seven rooms with small double beds. Every bedroom includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are four and a half bathrooms, including three full bathrooms, one en-suite and an additional WC with toilet and basin. A hairdryer is also provided.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the private rear courtyard, ideal for relaxing and getting some fresh air.
