Welcome to this charming 18 m² studio, situated on the 4th floor (no lift). Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location near Parc Monceau, perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris.
The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a fold-away double bed and a desk.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and cutlery. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a built-in toilet.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke alarm is fitted.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
There is no washing machine, but a laundrette is 5 minutes’ walk from the property.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Parc Monceau, refined and romantic, surrounded by its private mansions, is ideal for a stroll or a jog.
The lively Batignolles neighbourhood and the Square des Batignolles, with a more bohemian atmosphere, complemented a little further on by the vast, contemporary Martin Luther King Park.
Transport and connections
Extremely well-connected, the neighbourhood is situated at the junction of several major transport routes and hubs (with quick access to lines 2, 3 and 14, as well as the Transilien L), allowing you to reach Saint-Lazare station, central Paris or La Défense in no time at all.
The property is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest underground station is Malesherbes (Line 3), which is a 6-minute walk from the flat.
Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 45 minutes’ drive away.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
