Wilpattu Megha Resort and Safari

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place right at the entrance of Wilpattu National Park. The location is absolutely incredible, just a few steps from the park entrance, and the price was excellent considering the quality of the accommodation. The room and bathroom were brand new, very clean, and extremely well equipped. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. After reading the reviews on Google, we decided to book our safari directly with them as well, and we definitely did not regret it! It was a truly wonderful experience. The owner was our driver and guide, and he did everything possible to show us the beauty of the park. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he knew about the animals and the surrounding nature. Following the owner’s recommendation, we also went for a sunset walk to a nearby lake just outside the park entrance. It was magical — we even had the chance to see elephants coming to the lake to drink at sunset! We highly recommend staying here and booking the safari with them. The combination of the amazing location, excellent accommodation, warm hospitality, and unforgettable wildlife experience made our stay truly special. We would happily come back!

Just a suggestion for the owner. The villa are incredible if it would be able to bring the garden and landscaping at the same level the the property would have nothing to compare to others one
