We really loved the location of the property. It was right by the river which we walked along each day. It was extremely quiet and plenty of parking for us and the other cottages. We had a comfortable stay as the beds were comfy and clean. There was plenty of plates, cups and cutlery which were all clean. Kitchen soap, tea towel and sponge were all provided with bins in every room.

There were handles broken, tears and snags on the carpet and cracked tiles in the kitchen. We found that the property was quite dirty especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet seat was near completely broken off and there were a lot of cobwebs and dirt around. We struggled to connect the tv to WiFi and was unable to get hold of the host through the number provided. The hot tub was also empty and full of leaves. As other reviews have stated there was no signal at all however we expected this due to similar stays elsewhere. We took our dog and just something to be mindful of as the rear garden is not fully enclosed

Lovely surroundings and very cost effective beds are comfy, could be a amazing property with a bit of tlc

Smelt damp which in turn made soft furnishings smell and feel not fresh, broken tiles on floors and on walls, guttering broken, Hot tub cold and smelly WiFi does not work, toilet seat broken

Very good layout and space with good parking for each lodge

Boiler very noisy, freezer in living room, very poorly maintained throughout, hotub looked abandoned, was dog friendly but rear garden not fully fenced.
