It's just a few miles from the small market town of Wellington, ideal for stocking up on provisions for your stay. Further retail facilities can be discovered at Taunton, which is just 14 miles away, and the property is also just a short drive from the M5 allowing you to explore further afield. Walkers will be spoilt for choice as the local area encompasses the Blackdown Hills, Quantocks and Exmoor, each displaying a unique selection of flora and fauna. If you'd like a day on the beach, both the North and South coasts are within a 50 minute drive, so you can also explore Exmouth, Sidmouth or Minehead.

Entering this large farmhouse, you are immediately struck by the quality of the workmanship and overall styling, and this high-end finish can be found throughout the property. First is a lobby/utility room with room for boots and coats, and fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink. Moving on, you will find a ground-floor bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC. Also on this floor is a handy separate WC and freezer and 2nd fridge. Here is one of two staircases leading up to the first floor to the second bedroom: a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Back down to the ground floor, a formal dining room with wood burner offers guests a great place to celebrate, with a large table and seats for everyone. The lounge has another wood burner and provides a Smart TV/DVD and comfy sofas, as well as books and games. The kitchen is impressive with stylish units and quality work surfaces, fully equipped with two electric ovens and an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. A breakfast bar and stools allow for a less formal eating space. Heading up to the first floor from the 2nd staircase, you will find a further three bedrooms with Smart TV's: two king-size bedrooms - one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one with an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Also on this floor is the stunning master super-king-size bedroom with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling, a window seat from which to admire the fabulous countryside views, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room and WC.

Stepping outside, the enclosed garden has room for everyone, with a patio area with garden furniture, as well as a lawn area.
