New Hongdae station, 30sec to Subway, Elevator available, One minute from Olive Young

The location was incredibly convenient. Our host was super friendly and welcoming and provided very clear instructions for check in and check out prior to our arrival/departure. The apartment was very close to Hongdae shopping street and a lot of really good restaurants and stores! It also was right above a GS25 and right in front of the bus and subway line which was really convenient. The space itself was very welcoming and relatively big. We had a group of 4 people and we still managed to fit super comfortably with our luggage and supplies all over the place. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked, we used a lot of the kitchen appliances which were very clean and easy to manage. The host had a lot of instructions regarding trash and cleanliness within the apartment which made it helpful for us to know how to sort and organize our trash. They also provided Korean and English instructions which is helpful since we didn't know too much Korean. I really enjoyed this space and would definitely come back!!

The property was very conveniently located right on the subway inner circle loop and airport line. There’s lots to do in the area but being positioned near the public transportation was great for quick access to other parts of the city, especially if it’s your first time in Seoul and you want to explore a wide range. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and equipped with anything you might need including a steamer. We especially enjoyed having the washing machine inside the apartment unit with a good sized drying rack because this was our final stop on a two month long trip and we had a lot of laundry to do. The WiFi was also strong and reliable for remote work. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this spot!

We had some issues with locating and entering the property but the owner immediately sent us photos and more detailed instructions to help. I recommend downloading a translation app ahead of time to assist with the instructions if you do not speak Korean. For the passcode code lock on the apartment door, placing a finger on the key pad is not enough, you need to hover your entire hand over it in just the right spot for the numbers to appear and then you can enter the code. We eventually figured this out but it did take us a while in our tired state after a long travel journey so hoping this saves someone else some time!

This one bedroom apartment is in the heart of bustling Hongdae Street, close to everything you could possibly need. You are right in the middle of a lively shopping and dining area, yet the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet at night. The location is excellent. Convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and cafés are all just downstairs. The building is also directly connected to Hongik University Metro Station on Line 2, which is one of the best subway lines in Seoul and connects you easily to many of the city’s major attractions. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, quiet, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Above all, the host was excellent—proactive, helpful, and always quick to respond to messages. This made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul.
