1. 距離弘大機捷7號出口很近，走路到民宿約十分鐘內，附近有cu，餐廳和動漫店。走路到弘大商圈約10分鐘內，很方便！ 2. 房子隔音效果不錯，且晚上約十一點過後，路上行人聲音較少，可以安靜休息。 3. 入住時，外面會有兩道大門(需密碼鎖)才能開啟，很安全。不過房間為二樓，需抬行李上樓。 4. 房子內應有盡有，有洗衣機、電磁爐、微波爐、氣炸鍋和熱水瓶，甚至房東已設定好外送，可直接外訂。 5. 房東親切且聯繫快速，入住期間曾有熱水瓶壞掉，隔天就換一個新的給我。 6. 夏天來此民宿，最開心的事情是冷氣很強，客廳與房間皆有，可以很舒適的休息。
