At the newly built K12 Kiefernhuus at Kiefernweg 12, an exclusive vacation home awaits you, combining modern living with the relaxed atmosphere of Norderney. Spanning 112 m² across three floors, the home offers plenty of space for up to six guests to enjoy a relaxing island vacation.
The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining area with large windows and direct access to the terrace. The high-end designer kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with, among other things, an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a built-in wine refrigerator—ideal for cooking together in the evenings after a day at the beach.
The floor plan was deliberately designed to be spacious: In total, there are three bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms at your disposal. Two of the bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom directly adjacent to them, ensuring maximum privacy even when the apartment is occupied by several people. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, and a bathtub invites you to relax. A separate guest restroom is located on the first floor.
A special highlight is the private sauna, which provides soothing relaxation after long walks on the beach or a chilly day by the North Sea.
Underfloor heating throughout the house, a controlled ventilation system, and high-quality tiles with an authentic wood-look finish—which enhance the home’s warm and modern atmosphere—ensure the highest level of comfort. Four smart TVs and free Wi-Fi offer additional convenience.
Each vacation home features its own separate entrance as well as a private terrace with an adjoining lawn. The terraces are separated from one another by high-quality privacy screens, ensuring a high degree of privacy. A dedicated water connection on each terrace provides additional convenience. Thanks to the sun terrace, you can relax and wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a shared dinner.
A lockable bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes is available—ideal for exploring the island comfortably and sustainably.
Families with children are warmly welcome. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair. Dogs are also welcome to stay, subject to prior arrangement.
