Welcome to the NorderNice Penthouse, your stylish and modern vacation rental on Norderney! This high-end apartment is centrally located on Winterstraße and is on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by elevator.

The penthouse features two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). There’s also an additional sleeping option on a large, cozy sofa in the living room (180x200).

The living room features a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a large smart TV—ideal for relaxing evenings. Smart TVs are also available in both bedrooms.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and there is also a separate toilet. A convenient storage room with a washer-dryer (free to use) provides additional comfort.

You’ll find storage space for three bicycles in a bike shed behind the house.

Enjoy the fresh island air on the balcony, which invites you to linger. Of course, dogs are also welcome, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the vacation with you.
