About this house rental
Just a few steps from the beach at Anse Rouge and the famous Plage des Dames, this spacious 160 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it appeals with its beautiful spaces, its large tree-lined garden and its privileged location in immediate proximity to the sea.
Outside, you will enjoy a vast fully enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours, ideal for enjoying the sea air in complete peace and quiet. The large 40 m² terrace, furnished with a lounge-style garden furniture set, a large dining table for outdoor meals, a parasol and a barbecue, will be the perfect place to savour beautiful sunny days and sweet summer evenings.
Inside, the entrance leads to the main living areas of the house. You will discover a vast double lounge offering two distinct spaces: a first lounge with television, ideal for gathering as a family, and a second relaxation area conducive to reading or rest. The large open-plan kitchen, opening onto a generous dining area, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, **Nespresso coffee machine**, toaster, kettle as well as everything needed to cook as you would at home. The large dining table will allow you to easily share your meals with 8 people.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a Queen Size bed (160x200), with its private bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (first floor): two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 4 (first floor): two bunk beds (90x190)
The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as two toilets, distributed on each floor for optimal comfort.
Two parking spaces outside are available within the property itself and you will be able to store up to 6 bicycles in the garden.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a high chair.
