About this house rental
Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only in summer and school holidays.
Exception possible on prior request only in low season.
Very nice and well equipped house to spend a good holiday on our beautiful island. Give yourself the privilege of going to the beach on foot !!! and take pretty walks or bike rides on the Jacobsen pier along the sea and reach the city center in a peaceful setting or take a walk in the Bois de la Chaize.

located 800 m from the sandy beach and the city center it is a 110m2 house with a 450 m2 enclosed garden.
It comprises on the ground floor: a living room and a kitchen giving direct access to the south-west facing terrace. Large new fully equipped kitchen, glazed so very bright. induction hob, programmable pyrolysis oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plus a scullery including a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with bath + wc, the children's bedroom with 2 single beds, a small closet and the parents' bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large closet, a French window giving access to the garden.
Street side, There is also a bedroom with a 160 bed, an Italian shower and a sink.
Upstairs you have a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be used separately or as a large 180 cm bed. A closet. _

La maison est spacieuse et très bien située à 5 min à vélo de la plage des Sableaux et 10 min du centre ville dans un quartier très calme. La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour une location de vacances. Petit plus : les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques !

Maison très lumineuse avec suffisamment d'espace intérieur ou extérieur (nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants). Bel aménagement, équipement complet. Literie de qualité.
Propriétaire très agréable, nous avons échangés pendant un moment avant notre départ en vacances et eu des conseils pour notre séjour.
Très belle île, la découverte en vélo est très appréciable.
Location a conseiller si quelqu'un choisi cette destination.

Maison très agéable, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le jardin est aussi agréable. Le bourg est accessible à pied par des petits chemins (800 m) Belle vaisselle (ce qui 'est pas souvent le cas dans les locations). L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux. Une adrese à recommander pour des vacances en famille
