Salt is an apartment and hotel suite, ALL IN ONE. Designed with modern services and amenities that rival those of any luxury hotel. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay, the bathroom is quite spacious.
The room from which you can partially see the sea, is designed for a good rest and relaxation, as well as a private terrace to have coffee in the morning enjoying the view of the blue sea, right in front.
The rooftop pool has amazing views and is definitely one of the highlights in choosing our place. It also has a hot tub, gym, Spa and bar.
24-hour reception, airport transfer service (ask for more information), concierge service and free Wi-Fi in all facilities.
In the center of Playa del Carmen, this area has an exceptional location if you want to enjoy the proximity to the beach, restaurants, malls, the nightlife of the most famous places in Playa del Carmen and everything can be found within walking distance of the accommodation.
You don't need to drive, from the condo, you can walk everywhere, shops, restaurants, gyms, bars and access to the beach. But if what you want is to explore other tourist attractions, you can take a taxi, an ADO bus at the 5th Avenue terminal or walk to the “colectivos” terminal (public transport with A/C), with this service or in ADO, you can visit the area of Akumal, Tulum and Cancun.

-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.
Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.
Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.
Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.
House Rules:
-Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.
-Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities or misuse of appliances. We kindly ask that you respect the property and avoid any actions that may cause damage or harm.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay in Playa! Really nice to start the day in the patio. Apartment was fantastic, just like the pictures! Location was perfect, 1 block from the beach and super close to everything you would need. Restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores are all around the corner. Always felt safe walking home from dinner and from late night 5th avenue walks!!
Our children (9 and 11) had an amazing time in the rooftop pools. Had no trouble sleeping on the king size pull out couch. Staff working at the hotel were super helpful and kind!
Samantha was an amazing host!
Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

This property is a great location. We walked everywhere - shopping, restaurants, groceries, beaches & more! The suite & building are very accurately described and pictured on Vrbo. The hosts were prompt & efficient at responding to questions & requests. The location was noisier than expected due to music from nearby restaurants/beach clubs, but it was better during the weekdays. Overall, we would stay there again & would recommend it!

The view is great from both the condo and the roof top pool area. Bartender was great! Friendly receptionists. We were exhausted when we arrived and realized that the host had not emailed information to enter the condo. We called as did the receptionist, but no answer. I also sent text via virbo. We thought we would have to reserve alternative lodging which was very stressful. It was not until a Virbo agent called her that she answered and we were able to get the information. After we parked in the underground parking lot we were informed that we had to move & that we didn't have access to the swimming pool or laundry room because the host had not paid the fee. I was livid because we booked the condo with these amenities included. A female receptionist was kind enough to speak with a manager and contact the host on our behalf and get everything situated. We received one bath and one beach towel each. I requested more towels and the next day received one more towel each. When I requested more towels for our 13 day stay the host flatly said no and that we only get one towel each for each week. Wow, I didn't even bother to respond. Another issue was the host's email stated that we were to use a certain amount of daily electricity and if we went over we'd be charged. Such info was not part of the description or amenities described when we booked. We wouldn't have booked knowing this in anticipation. The Singular operates as a hotel too so book through the hotel not private owners
