-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.
Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.
Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.
Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.

-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.

Max and Sam are excellent hosts. They dealt with issues as best they could. Playa ‘s rapid growth is resulting in power outages and challenges to the electrical grid which in turn affects electrical outages and challenges with elevators. This is beyond the control of our fabulous hosts. We would definitely rent here again.
