This property is pretty much as advertised: new, clean and bright, nice rooftop pool and a great location. The building has a 24 hour security desk and we felt very safe in the building. The Reverse Osmosis water system in the kitchen is hooked up to the ice maker so we didn't have to buy ice for our beach cooler at all. We also didn't have to buy water to drink because of the RO water tap. The WiFi in the apartment worked great with several devices hooked up - we were able to stream movies easily. We had one minor problem and the Property Manager took care of it right away. She was very easy to contact and responded to all of our inquiries immediately. Check in and Check out were very easy and took no time at all. The roof top pool was surprisingly nice - a good size with a super view, the pictures don't really do it justice. The patio area on the roof was very nice with new furniture and nice lounge chairs. The property is located at the North end of 5th Avenue and about 3 or 4 blocks from the beach.

This was our first condo for a week into our month long mexico trip and it was great to get our bearings in playa. It’s def on quiet end of 5th on north side so if you aren’t wanting the rowdiness of the clubs and want to sleep at night this is it. Pool is a little smal but never that busy and everything is clean and well kept. Can’t beat the price and Claudia was super helpful even one day when we locked our selves out! Def would recommend
