Beautiful, spacious and very quiet apartment in the center of Playa del Carmen, 1 block from 5th avenue and a few meters from Mamitas beach. A cool place surrounded by greenery, double height ceilings and air conditioning

It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an excellent vacation with a privileged location on Calle 24, almost on the corner of Avenida 10, one block from Avenida 5 and 2 blocks from Avenida Constituyentes (main avenue of Playa del Carmen) an Oxxo store half a block away and great breakfast and lunch options just steps away.
We are lovers of cleanliness and details, we like our guests to feel at home that is why they will find clean towels, soap and shampoo.
The apartment is located in a privileged area of Playa del Carmen, one block from 5th avenue and all the attractions it offers, however it is a very quiet and quiet place to rest, Mamitas Beach is only 3 blocks away Supermarkets, Oxxo , shops, restaurants and nightclubs like Cocobongo, etc ... are very close.

From this place you can walk to the most important places in Playa del Carmen, from going to the beach to walking down 5ta Avenue, as well as reaching shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and nightclubs.
Taxis are available at all hours if you don't bring a car.

Third bedroom had no air conditioning, no bedside tables or wardrobe very basic no decor.
The other bedrooms were lovely.
