This beautiful place to stay offers you a spectacular experience. -If the door is locked due to negligence and a locksmith must be called to open it, you will be charged the locksmith’s fees.
-As an additional service, we offer Bonafont water jugs for $100 Mexican pesos. These can be delivered prior to your arrival upon request, and payment will be collected in cash at check-in. During your stay, you can request jugs whenever you need them; they will cost the same and will be delivered as soon as possible

If you request early check-in and it is authorized, the accommodation may still be undergoing cleaning upon your arrival. You may leave your belongings on the premises, but you must wait for the cleaning staff to finish cleaning. A thorough cleaning is performed, so it is essential to allow the necessary time to ensure the space is in optimal condition.
