About this apartment rental
1.It is only a 10-minute walk from Unit DU to Shands Hospital. It takes 11minutes on foot to VA H. and 14 minutes to the Small Animal H. Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is less than 2 miles away. Butler Plaza, the largest shopping district in Gainesville, is 2.6 miles away and only a 9-minute drive from the property. It's a 30-minute walk to UF campus.
2. Unit DU includes two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for families or small groups and can accommodate up to six guests.
Room G and Rm H each have a private bathroom. Each one accommodates up to two guests. Room G features one King-size bed, while Rm H has two separate Twin beds. The living room includes a Queen-size sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests. If you plan to use the sofa bed, you must notify the host before check-in so it can be set up and prepared in advance.
3. This is a two-story brick building, and Unit DU is located on the ground floor, providing easy access without climbing stairs. The interior partition walls are standard framed walls with drywall.
4. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, which is especially suitable for stir-frying and everyday cooking.
5. The front entrance and both bedrooms are equipped with Schlage smart keypad locks. No physical keys are required. Each guest receives a unique access code, providing greater convenience and security.
6. A washer and dryer are not available inside the unit. Guests may use the community laundry room, where machines accept card payments.
7. Parking permits are required within the community. The host will provide a parking permit for your stay. Vehicles parked without a valid permit are frequently towed.
8.For the safety and security of all residents, a security camera is installed at the apartment entrance. It helps protect both our guests and the property.
HOUSE RULES
1. No person exceeding the registered occupancy may enter or remain
on the property for more than 15 minutes.
Violation penalties:
First hour (any portion of an hour counts as a full hour): $50
Each additional hour: $10
Penalties reset daily at 11:00 a.m.
2. No pets allowed
3. Please display the community parking permit while parking.
Vehicles without a valid permit may be towed at the owner's
expense.
A $150 penalty applies for each unreturned parking permit at
check-out.
4. Check out by 11 am, and check in after 4 pm.
5. AC cooling/heating is set at 74˚/68˚ F; don’t increase/lower the
temperature of that at will.
6. Any party who uses this network to download software or streams
illegally will be held liable and shall compensate the owner for the
loss.
7. No smoking, no candles or incense burning indoors.
8. Please remove your shoes indoors to keep the floor clean.
9. No parties or events.
10. Used toilet paper must be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush anything else.
