We loved the proximity to the stadium, it made for a nice walk to the game. The backyard didnt aapear to be FULLY fenced but a dog woth good recall would be fine. The house is located on a busier road so some traffic noise can be hear from inside the home at night. Clean, safe, and enjoyable.
