About this house rental
Less than 2 miles from the stadium and only 4 miles to each local hospital. Like our other properties, this cute little yellow house sits in the host's childhood neighborhood.
Close but not so close that you are "swamped" with students, this is a quiet neighborhood filled with a variety of long time residents (Some still here from my childhood, Many remember my family well.) On our walkable streets you might see dog walkers, exercisers & occasionally, families and kids walking to school or to the park.
Bring your pup & leash and join the fun!
Conveniently located near UF, hospitals, but even closer... grocery, parks, walking trails, restaurants & shopping.
Pets must be pre-approved. We appreciate that you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests.
Unapproved pets will result unfavorably.
We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am
No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Park in designated areas.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Only registered guests permitted.
With all that said, ultimately, we ask you enjoy and make great memories while you’re here!

My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I were so lucky to have found the ideal location for a quiet family girls get away. The location was perfect. It's very close to shopping, dining, and cultural venues, while still on a beautiful quiet street. The house was very nicely appointed, and we had everything we needed. We were more than comfortable, and made good use of the fire pit. Lisa was an excellent host, and made sure everything was just right. We will definitely be looking to book the house again next year.
