Located within Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft easily accessible right in front of the house! We recommend taking advantage of the location and have some adventures on foot!!

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
🙅♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest
🦮 Pet Friendly; $150 fee per stay. Up to 2 pets allowed
⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more
🔔 Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb
🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should
❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.
Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.

Great place to stay, plenty of room. Only thing that could’ve been better was the outside trash can was already overflowing when we arrived and when I looked in the coffee maker there was a filter and used grounds in it. Otherwise loved it

There was an excessive amount of trash and recycling upon arrival. It qas a horrible invite and lacked the inviting feeling we would have preferred.
Fire Pit - Both propane tanks were empty, my husband did get one filled so we could take advantage of the crisp weather.
There where also some other housekeeping issues: in the master bedroom - my mom found a wet towel (not a big deal but worth the mention to avoid mildew)
The fan in the master bedroom is a health hazard with thick dust (see photo).
The bathroom floor in the efficiency was a little gross and the sofa bed had discoloration on the mattress.
We did appreciate the quick communication and flexibility the host offered if we had needed it to add to our number of guests ie… visitors.
I’ve discussed the issues with the host prior to leaving my review and was assured the cleaning issues would be addressed and they’ve offered a discount at future use.
There where no offers to compensate or refund for our additional expense.
