New modern apartment, Scandinavian style

This one-bedroom apartment features a private entrance and includes 1 living room and 1 bathroom with a shower. Guests will find a stovetop, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a flat-screen smart TV. There is one double bed (140 cm wide) and one sofa bed in the living room.

This is a quiet area suitable for adults, and we strongly recommend that you have a car. It’s within walking distance of Buen Paso, which has several restaurants, bars, a Lidl, grocery stores, and shops for daily necessities. It’s a short drive to Icod de Los Vinos and 25 minutes to Puerto de la Cruz. You can visit the famous dragon tree and the Botanical Garden, and it’s a short trip to Garachico, a popular tourist destination. You can also visit the famous Teide volcano. The apartment is on the first floor (first floor) and is not wheelchair accessible.
