Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, Finca La Gaviota boasts a view of the sea and the mountains and is located in Icod de Los Vinos. The beautiful finca is made up of 8 holiday rentals. The holiday apartment El Rincón consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A baby cot, a highchair and a first aid kit are also available upon request. There is also a washing machine available for your use, which is shared with the guests of 3 other apartments. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. There is also a communal outdoor area, which is shared with the guests of 7 other properties and includes a pool (open all year round), a beautiful garden with palm trees, a parking area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a shared jacuzzi, which can be used for an additional charge. Please contact the homeowner in advance regarding this. Within a 6-minute drive you will reach restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Playa de la Gaviotas and Playa de Santo Domingo also await your visit a 7-minute drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The communal spaces should not be used between and 22:00 and 7:00. People who are not guests are strictly forbidden to enter the property. No visitors can be received as no more occupants can be declared with respect to the guests of the reserve. As defined by the Institute for Spanish tourist quality in the document Measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, we are obliged to register all occupants of the accommodation on arrival and verify their identity through personal identification documents. This register of occupants must be provided to the State Security Forces. All this, according to the current legal framework, for security reasons, and, in the context of COVID-19, in order to also facilitate the traceability of the occupants due to a possible epidemiological outbreak.

Wir haben im Dezember vier Wochen Urlaub im Bungalow El Rincon verbracht. Zu loben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage und die ruhige Lage des Anwesens, das aus mehreren Bungalows unterschiedlicher Größe und Ausstattung sowie aus einigen Wohnungen im Hauptgebäude besteht. Aufgrund der Lage ist m. Ea. ein Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich. Die engen, steilen und schlecht einzusehenden Straßen sind allerdings für Fahranfänger oder unsichere Fahrer schlecht geeignet. Die Küche des Ferienhauses war gut ausgestattet. Was uns fehlte, haben wir kurzerhand nachgekauft und für die Mieter nach uns dort gelassen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Von einer Unterbringung zu dritt rate ich ab, da die Couch in der Wohnküche nicht wirklich gut fürs Schlafen geeignet ist.
Der Vermieter spricht deutsch, ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings muss man ihn auch viel fragen, da in der Unterkunft keine Art von "Gästemappe" zur Verfügung steht, die viele Fragen bereits beantworten würde. Eine Zwischenreinigung ist während des Mietzeitraumes nicht vorgesehen. Man kann diese über den Vermieter aber unkompliziert gegen entsprechende Bezahlung bestellen.
Der Bungalow ist in einer Ecke des Grundstücks angeordnet. Er bildet mit dem nebenliegenden Objekt quasi eine Doppelhaushälfte. Da es sehr hellhörig ist, sollte man möglichst auf Rücksicht nehmende Nachbarn treffen. Unangenehm fand ich, dass unser Badezimmer- bzw. Toilettenfenster zur Terrasse der Nachbarn öffnet und lüftet.
Die Lage des Bungalows ist zudem so, dass wir keine Sonne hatten. Das ist in den Sommermonaten bestimmt wunderbar, aber im Dezember kühlt die Unterkunft schon sehr aus. Da in der Ecke auch noch das Wasser der Pooldusche und beim Wasserwechsel des Whirlpools an der Gartenmauer herabläuft, ist es immer ein bisschen feucht bis nass. Uns war immer ein wenig fröstelig.
Wir haben uns dennoch in unserem Urlaub alles in allem wohlgefühlt. Für schöne Tage unter Covid19-Bedingungen ist gesorgt, auch wenn wir El Rincon nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Vermutlich würden wir uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Gebäude dieser Anlage als Unterkunft wählen.

Unser Urlaub in Icod de los Vinos war super. Wenn wir anfangs einige Schwierigkeiten hatten, half uns Roberto und seine Familie sofort weiter. Wir wurden wie Familienmitglieder aufgenommen und wir fühlten uns auch so. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub; wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Une promiscuité avec le voisin assez forte , un bungalow qui mérite un rafraîchissement ( porte de douche) un manque de couvertures dans la chambre car en février et avec 3 aérations dans la chambre , la petite couette est trop légère . La cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas le premier matin à bien été remplacée le lendemain , mais bon...sinon le cadre est charmant , l’accueil Sympathique et la chienne de la maison hyper gentille vous guide dans vos ballades. Une suggestion : en fonction de la nationalité des locataires il serait sympa d’avoir une chaîne TV calée sur le pays d’origine
Le propriétaire étant allemand et là clientèle assez germanique également la TV était réglée sur des chaînes allemandes ou espagnoles
