Welcome to this beautiful, modern and uncluttered villa in Biarritz! This rare rental offers a contemporary architecture, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
With a surface area of 180 m2, this spacious villa is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor, a bright living room is perfect for relaxing. You will find a master suite with a double bed, giving access to the outside terrace. In addition, a separate toilet is also available on this floor.
The outdoor area is simply beautiful. A dining table and a plancha will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals in all conviviality. The outdoor heated swimming pool (mid-May to end of October) is secured by an electric roller shutter, ensuring the safety of children.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with a double Queen size bed, a storage cupboard and a flat screen television. Each of these rooms has access to the first floor terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and an office area.
The villa also has a basement garage where you can store your bikes, surfboards and other equipment during your stay. A laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine is also available on this floor.
In terms of facilities, there is a flat screen TV in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, American fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, fresh coffee machine, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as an ironing board, iron, Dyson hoover and hairdryer in each bathroom. Of course, Wi-Fi internet access is available to keep you connected during your stay.
The villa does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in the bedrooms.

The team at Homies Holidays could not have been more helpful, with excellent communication at all times. The Villa was very comfortable and the perfect place for us. Would highly recommend.

Absolute amazing home! Beautifully decorated and bigger than the photos. We were 7 adults and never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed to entertain at home - electric hob/Siemens oven & microwave, double fridge, and plenty of pots/pans/etc. We had a lot of fun hanging out by the pool too. The local bakery, supermarket and wine shop were within walking distance and the bus to head into town or Anglet was a few minutes from the house….you can easily stay at this home and do a non-car holiday in Biarritz. Our hosts (Nikol and Pierre) were wonderful! Super easy to get hold of and couldn’t do enough for us
