About this villa rental
SETTING & ATMOSPHERE
Located in Biarritz's Saint-Charles district, this 6-bedroom villa is ideally designed for family get-togethers in a friendly, wellness setting.
THE VILLA
This little paradise is composed of several levels and sub-levels, in keeping with the cabane spirit of the villa's name.
On arrival, you can park your vehicle in a covered inner courtyard. This courtyard leads to a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, punching bag and espalier.
Next, you'll access the spa located in the inner courtyard.
Finally, you enter the villa.
On this first level you'll find: a TV room, a bedroom opening onto a small green patio, a bathroom, a toilet and a sauna. On the lower half-level, you'll find a bedroom and bathroom suite.
On the upper half-level, you'll find a library.
The second level is the living area. Here, you'll find a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a covered terrace with a nice table to enjoy the plancha.On this same level, you'll find a laundry room and a beautiful bedroom communicating directly with the bathroom on the first level.
The third and final level is reserved for sleeping quarters. Here you'll find three bedrooms, including a suite with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with private terrace, and a children's bedroom with three beds, one of which is perched.There's also a bathroom and WC.

Access to the Miramar beach in 5 minutes on foot and 8 minutes to the main beach.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Kabane is located in the heart of the Saint-Charles district, just a 3-minute walk from shops and 5 minutes from the Miramar beach.
All the city's most luxurious boutiques are just around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to Les Halles.
Kabane offers you the opportunity to discover Biarritz on foot.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €80

The overall impression of the accommodation is very good. We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed. The pool is smaller than the picture suggests. Professional staff greeted us in the middle of the night when we arrived by car.

Loved everything about Christophe and the Keyweek team. La Kabane was amazing. What a fantastic location. Perfect distance from everything in the charming St Charles district and the beaches. The house is ideal for having a large family group, with excellently equipped kitchen. Parking in the drive for 3 cars was also a great feature. I hope we can go back.

We all loved our time here in this delightfully quirky floor-planned home. The indoor and outdoor eating spaces were perfect for our crowd of people. The location was amazing, with a short walk to the square where we could find anything we needed, easy walk to beaches. We appreciated the quieter locale, especially because it was so quick and easy to walk into the bustling parts of town with the market, shops, etc.
There was an electrical issue with circuit breakers that impacted our ability to use all of the described amenities, but Christophe worked hard to get resolution so we did get use of some things back. I’m confident the issue will be more completely addressed by the owners/property managers.
If I’m ever back in Biarritz with a crowd, I would definitely stay here again!
