THE LIVING SPACE
With a surface area of approximately 200 m², the house is spread over two levels and enjoys a 160 m² terrace.
The owner, passionate about art and design, has created a truly unique home where sculptures, artworks, lighting, plants, and colors blend in perfect harmony—every detail has been carefully thought out.
The ground floor is divided into two areas opening onto the terrace:
a living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a high-end Bang & Olufsen sound system,
a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 guests, along with an adjoining laundry room.
Outside, a magical terrace and its summer lounge by the pool invite you to relax and share special moments. A plancha grill is also available for delightful summer evenings.
THE BEDROOMS
The villa features four independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:
The first suite (ground floor) has a queen-size bed, a shower, and a bathtub.
Upstairs, the master suite includes a queen-size bed, a sofa, a large dressing room, a shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool.
The third bedroom has a double bed and shower.
The children’s room includes bunk beds and a shower room.

Ideally located in a quiet private lane with no overlooking neighbors, COLLECTION is perfect for enjoying time with family or friends while being just a short walk from Saint-Charles, a lively neighborhood full of gourmet shops — delicatessen, cheesemonger, wine merchant, fishmonger, bakery, market, and more — perfect for preparing delicious meals in the kitchen or on the plancha.
