About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 154 m² house with a swimming pool, which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent in Prayssas.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with three en-suite shower rooms, and a garden of around 1,300 m² with terrace and swimming pool. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 85 m² living room with TV lounge area, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160 × 200) and shower room with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160 × 200) and shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180 × 200) and bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, portable connected speaker.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated and covered with a motorised roller shutter, open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September), swimming corridor type measuring 17 m long x 3 m wide
- A 180 m² terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and brazier (with wood reserve) at your disposal
- A beautiful 1,300 m² garden with uninterrupted views over the valley
The house is ideally located in Prayssas, a village full of character, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops on site, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a market, a pharmacy and a health centre.

- Visits to villages of character within a 30 to 40 km radius (Pujols, Monflanquin, Tournon d'Agenais, Penne d'Agenais, Nérac, etc.).
- Visits to the Jardin Berceau des Nymphéas at Temple-sur-Lot and the Maison Musée Cabinet de curiosité Latour-Marliac
- Visits to the Fontirou and Lastournelle caves
- River trips on the Lot
- Walking tours
- Horse riding (equestrian centre in the village)
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate 4 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Agen train station about 17 km away
- Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 130 km away
- Bordeaux airport, about 135 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
