This house welcomes you to the small village of Le Temple sur Lot.
Wake up to the singing of birds, admire the deer family in the garden, go cycling or walking directly from the house thanks to the immediate access to the greenway, or enjoy the banks of the Lot for moments of relaxation, swimming or picnic.
Le Colombier is the perfect place to get together, breathe in the fresh air and create unforgettable memories, between nature, serenity and the sweetness of life.
The house consists of an entrance to the living room with a large table for dining and a lounge area with armchairs, sofa and TV.
Board games, puzzles and books allow young and old to spend moments of relaxation and complicity.
You then access the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven) which also offers you the possibility of sitting with several people.
From there, sunbathe in the glass roof or take the corridor that leads to the access to the first floor as well as 2 bedrooms on the left as well as the master bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the right.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
The bedrooms are large and pleasant and can accommodate an extra bed if necessary.
