Vacation in modern style at our cheerful townhome in Rehoboth. Great location East of Route 1 and near the canal within easy walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue. Three comfortable master bedrooms, each with its own private bath, TV, laptop desk, high quality comfortable beds and ceiling fans. One bedroom with bunk beds is on the ground floor.
Guests have plenty of space to relax and refresh. The house features tall 10 foot ceilings in the large and inviting main living space and kitchen on the 2nd floor and vaulted ceilings in the two bedrooms on the top floor. There are sliding doors on each floor opening to a patio on the ground floor, a fully screened deck on the second floor, and a nice deck on the third floor. Built in 2019, this luxurious home includes the latest comforts and conveniences, including central air conditioning and heating, hardwood floors with NEW wall to wall carpet in bedrooms, and other practical conveniences like a large and fully stocked kitchen with island table. Linens including bath towels are provided and beds will be made for you upon arrival. Easy keypad-access for check in.
