As the name suggests, from the terrace at Colores de Cádiz you can enjoy the very best the Costa de la Luz has to offer; the sun setting over the Atlantic horizon. Two ensuite bedrooms plus two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom provide the sleeping accommodation, and the living area is made up of a spacious and extremely comfortable sitting room with sea views and a shady outside dinging area that demands long lunches and dinners.



The house is built on two floors: a ground floor and a lower ground floor: the two bedrooms sharing a bathroom are on the lower ground floor, along with a small home office and the washroom. And the rest of the accommodation is on the ground floor. There is a small but beautifully kept garden, which finishes on the low sandstone cliffs. To get down to the beach you walk down the 40m private street shared with 6 neighbours and then the wooden steps down onto the sand.
