About this villa rental
Villa located in Conil de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
This modern 200 m2 chalet is distributed over two bright floors, exquisitely decorated with attention to details. The beautiful rooms are equipped with modern, quality furniture, ensuring that you and your family have the most relaxing holiday.
The first floor houses the four bedrooms of the house. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, a useful built-in wardrobe, private access to the terrace and even a large en-suite bathroom with a huge shower tray. Another bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, in addition to also having private access to the terrace. In the third bedroom there are two single beds, while the fourth and last bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed.
On the impressive floor, you will find a beautiful living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, and two dining areas. The television on the stone wall broadcasts German channels. The same floor also has a spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, to be shared among the villa's guests. The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning, which helps maintain the same temperature throughout your stay.
The 750 m2 of the fenced plot is distributed in a huge porch with a cozy chill-out area and a dining table, a perfectly maintained garden with a fantastic private pool, and a brick barbecue. The house is amazing and very suitable for families. The house is very close to the beach (walking distance). The house owners are very nice. The neighbourhood is very save and quite. In addition, sport facilities (e.g. sport courts) are available and good. The beach is clean and beautiful. It’s a very nice place to spend the holidays.

The house is located around 2 min (walking) from the beach. It is well equipped and we really enjoyed the "green" shadow in the garden. In October the sea is still warm enough for swimming, and the outside temperature is just perfect (20-25°C) for us. At this late time of the year the area is very quiet, and the beach is empty (which was what we were looking for) - really good for relaxing.

The villa in Conil was great. We were with six adults and one child. There were three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was perfect. The pool is very nice and clean, the house is close to the beach and to different little villages and cities.
The family we rent it from was very nice and helpful.
