Enjoy a white-sand beach, close to many spots for surfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, or relaxing activities; visit the white villages… you’ll be charmed by this lush setting, located 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Cádiz and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Seville. The house offers an ideal location, in the heart of the Roche pine forest and just 5 minutes from the beach. The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities.
This newly built 165 m² home offers exceptional interior comfort, featuring an open-concept kitchen that flows into a tastefully and simply decorated living room; beautiful bedrooms; and large windows that keep the house bright yet cool. The outdoor area features two terraces and a garden, fully equipped with a dining area, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a relaxation area with sofas; the gated community also has a swimming pool for everyone to enjoy.
Located within the exclusive Roche residential community, the house is 0.5 km from the famous Roche Beach as well as the protected Calas de Conil (in fact, the walk through the pine trees from the back garden gate to the coves is absolutely beautiful). The pharmacy, the newsstand, a couple of bars, and the tennis courts are about 700 m away. We recommend using bicycles to get the most out of this property, both for trips to the beach and for short excursions through the pine forest. This is a home for those seeking comfort and tranquility along with sandy beaches and surfing. As a beach house, Casa Lola is truly a bit of a luxury, and its location at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the pine forest is utterly relaxing (at night, the only sounds you’ll hear are owls, nightingales, and distant waves). Those of us who live here know that this little corner is Roche’s best-kept secret.
A 10-minute drive from Conil, less than 40 minutes from Jerez, Cádiz, and Tarifa, and just 90 minutes from Seville. The white villages of Vejer and Medina are 20 minutes away
Conil de la Frontera is located right on the Cádiz coast. It’s famous for its views, culture, and cuisine. This beautiful fishing village is the perfect place to spend your vacation, as it combines its expansive beaches and coves, crystal-clear waters, and natural beauty with a unique charm that’s impossible to miss. You can lose yourself in the narrow streets of the historic center, sample its exquisite seafood, or take a stroll along the beach, which remains practically untouched due to the lack of buildings.
