Luxury villa situated 500 meters far from the beach, in the spectacular urbanization of Roche, in Conil de la Frontera, in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia.

On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, the other two with two single beds each, in addition to an independent bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor you will find two more bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower, a huge independent kitchen with marvellous views over the pines and palm trees gardens and a fireplace-equipped modern dining-living room, whose windows let the light flood all day long.

Villa moderne de 5 chambres bien placée. Nous avons apprécié les belles plages et le fait d’être dans un coin avec essentiellement des touristes espagnols. La maison est située à 4 minutes à pied d’une belle petite plage. L’environnement est calme. Les extérieurs sont idéals avec enfant. Il y a aussi un bon mobilier d’extérieur. La maison est bien décorée et très propre. Bref une maison permettant de passer d’excellentes vacances en famille. On ne peut que recommander.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und erholsam. In der Küche war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

La casa está fantástica. Muy limpia y con todo tipo de comodidades. El jardín y la piscina son una maravilla. El propietario ha estado pendiente de que todo estuviese correcto. El único inconveniente ha sido que con esta ola de calor, a las noches la temperatura era alta y ha sido difícil conciliar el sueño.
Pero sin ninguna duda recomiendo este alojamiento.
