Outside of Conil de la Frontera you will find the modern furnished chalet "Casa Juan Arias" with a beautiful private outdoor area with swimming pool. The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 16 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
In your private garden with barbecue, lounge furniture and swimming pool you will spend carefree hours. The covered terrace provides a dining area. For the little guests there is a playground.
You can reach the city center of Conil de la Frontera after a 10-minute drive (6 km). There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The white sandy beach of Playa de los Bateles is only 11 minutes away by car (6 km). Jerez airport is 45 minutes away by car (63 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited.

Pros: The outside/pool area is very comfortable with sun loungers and umbrella for shade.
Cons: Everything was lovely, however I would suggest the owners invest in better and matching bed linen and towels just to elevate the experience.
Also include little things like dishwasher tablets, salt, oil etc for short stays.
Other than that no complaints.
