THE SPACE
Maple and Marsh features a heated pool and 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus a separate office for those who need to check in while getting away. The home is designed with an airy, comfortable feel throughout, creating the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. Every detail has been considered to meet all your coastal getaway needs—from spacious living areas to quiet corners for downtime.
Bedroom 1 – Main floor, King, TV (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 1 – Ensuite to Bedroom 1 with Shower
2nd floor common space with TV, Sofa, side chairs and game table for 4
Bedroom 2 – 2nd floor, King
Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to Bedroom 2 with a shower and also has hall access from landing TV area
Bedroom 3 – Queen
Bathroom 3 – Shared between Bedroom 3 and 4, shower
Bedroom 4 – Queen
Bathroom 4 – Main level at entry, Half Bathroom
Bedroom 5 - Bunk Room with 2 set of bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids). Note this is meant as a kids room - not suited for adults.
Kitchen, Living and Dining Room can be accessed by the walkway on the 2nd floor or by going through the breezeway on the ground level. The breezeway has a dining table and gas grill. 2nd floor walk over to living space also has a TV area with sofa and a separate reading nook with 2 side chairs.
Parking for up to 4 cars is permitted.

Pool construction new for October 2026.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
