The house was perfect in size and comfort. We were very dissatisfied in the amount of supplies for our family of eight staying for 4 days 3 nights. We had 1 roll of paper towels, no napkins, not an adequate amount of wash clothes and bath towels for eight adults. Also if we needed to wash towels ect… there was no clothes detergent. We are paying to stay in a furnished house so we did not want to add more expense by having to buy supplies.

Jordan was easy to communicate with. She answered all questions promptly. The door entry lock was a little old-school but worked efficiently (until the battery went bad). She had left a key on the inside for us to carry if we left and it worked as a great back-up. The rooms were all very large. Three of the bedrooms had a private bath connected and they each had a king size bed with extra space for a little one if you needed it. One bedroom had twin beds and a bathroom which was on a hallway but the teens used it so there wasn't a problem. One of the 3 bedrooms is VERY large (extra space for more folks on the floor if needed) and has a separate split unit for heating and air. It works amazingly well so we had my mother stay there. She is 97 and always cold so she could keep it warm at night. The HUGE den area was a perfect hang out place. Very large TV for ballgames, big table for games and meals and a foosball table too. The kitchen is very well furnished and appliances worked well. I did let Jordan know that the refrigerator sometimes popped open when you close the sides separately and the freezer part had to be closed with a good push. Sheets and towels were soft and good for drying. Would have been nice to have had a couple of extra towels but not a deal breaker. The outside area with table and chairs and grill was nice to sit outside. The location was perfect for walking to parks and downtown St. Simons.
