Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present Red Dog Retreat. A fabulous five bedroom, 3 bathroom home plus an additional game room. This beach house with private pool is the perfect family destination with plenty of room for the whole family. 1007 Mallery Street boasts over 3000 square foot perfect for the large families and as a bonus is pet friendly!
This home is the perfect spot, close to Beaches, Shops, and The Village, but far enough to not be centered in the middle of it all.
Walk up the front steps to the welcoming front porch – complete with a swing, plenty of comfortable chairs and the smell of the fresh air. The main living level has a large family room with a 65” flat screen TV and plenty of space for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully-stocked kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances is a chef's dream come true. The kitchen also features a bonus coffee bar with Keurig. The dining room will seat 7 comfortably or 6 can seat themselves at the ample bar space in the kitchen.
Additionally, the main level features a King-size suite with a wall mounted flat screen TV, enormous walk-in closet and a stunning en-suite featuring a large, jetted garden tub, double head shower and plenty of space. There are two more bedrooms on the main level – both with Queen beds and flat screen TVs with streaming capabilities. Located between the two bedrooms, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
This has many features, we are just getting started. The ground floor of this amazing cottage has a queen bedroom, two sets of bunk beds that can be sectioned off by curtains, a full bathroom and a gaming area-complete with a foosball table. Ready to relax? There's an extra den with a large television located right next to back door of the fenced-in private pool.
The large pool is ready for the whole family! There's a mini fridge poolside perfect for beach beverages. Pool toys and beach gear can be found in pool chest.
The pool deck has a covered seating area with a tv – so you won't miss any big games while outside! If you need to run back up to the kitchen for a snack, there's a handy outside staircase to get you back inside.
This property will accept pets for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
During the summer season, this residence requires a 7-night minimum stay and may require a specific check in day of the week.

We had a great time. The house had a perfect set up for multiple families. It was stocked with games and the pool was so fun.

We had a fantastic vacation in this rental property on Mallery Street.
The home was very clean, and well appointed when we arrived.
There was plenty of space for my family of six and the host has a fun area set up downstairs for the kids. It includes games and crafts and bunkbeds which they loved.
My only critique, if I really have one, is that the pool was not heated, but we knew that going in.
We had a fantastic time, and the property is very special.

We drove many miles to stay at this home, which is a beautiful home in a great location.
We had use of the pool, but it was very dirty and had no tools to skim or clean. After realizing the filter was not running, repair people arrived at all times, un announced to make the repairs. We waited 4 days for the pool to be cleaned. This was very inconvenient for us.
We also appreciated having a gas grill to cook out, but soon realized it, too, was very dirty and had not been cleaned.
After starting to use the grill it ran out of gas, hence ruining our dinner time.
We feel that if you advertise these items for use at the home, they should be checked and in good working order for the duration of the week.
in the future, we will likely seek out other management companies' with better reviews
