- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 April to 30 September and secured by a fence, with sun loungers and a children's pool
- A private south-facing terrace (18 m²), with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (a table, four chairs and two armchairs)
- A shared, unenclosed garden of 10,000 m².
The flat is ideally located in Oletta, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
