About this house rental
An old house at the intersection of Balagne and Cape Corse, overlooking the sea, the mountains, the plains of the Conca d'Oro and villages Nebbiu. Located on a promontory, the view is 360 degrees: a rare panoramic position, 6 km from Saint Florent, in a small hamlet between the villages of Oletta and Poggio. A charming place for rest and to discover the island.
The nearest beaches on St. Florent and the Patrimonio region, Cape between 10 minutes to the closest and 30 for Cape.
near the beaches of Agriates are accessible by car or boat from Saint Florent and are among the most beautiful beaches of Corsica.
Ile Rousse, Calvi and the beaches and beautiful spots Balagne are within 1 hour.
The house is an excellent starting place for all excursions to the Cape, Balagne, the Eastern Coast. It is also a place of serenity, away from the summer crowds with always the opportunity to visit the villages of Nebbiu region.
The House :

It consists of two floors:
Floor 1 living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with shower room, large terrace.
Floor 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Accommodation conditions:
6 beds mini, linen and towels provided -
Kitchen: all conveniences including oven, washing machines machine and dishwasher.
Living room: 2 sofas, 1 convertible- fireplace, TV, stereo.
Home: individualized, end of tenancy cleaning done in by the site manager.

Un réel bonheur d'admirer la baie de Saint Florent depuis la terrasse de cette belle maison et de deviner en arrière plan la magie du Cap Corse. Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce petit village, le charme de la maison ainsi que son emplacement. Un grand merci au propriétaire et également à Aurélie et Nathalie pour l'accueil à notre arrivée. En résumé un réel bonheur ces vacances.
