☀ Living room of 33 m2: Spacious living room with corner sofa, 40-inch flat screen TV and sound bar, dining room with table and chairs (x6). All opening onto 2 large bay windows opening onto a large terrace overlooking the garden without vis-à-vis.
☀ Covered terrace (south facing) of 23m2 with garden table and chairs (x6), garden furniture, 70cm stone barbecue, 190cm spa jacuzzi for up to 6 people.
☀ Fully equipped open kitchen of 10 m2: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, Krups toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
☀ Bathroom of 7 m2 with walk-in shower, vanity unit with 1 sink, fitted cupboard with hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
☀ Separate wall-hung toilet.
☀ Fully fenced plot of 350 m2 to preserve the safety of children and not overlooked with two private parking spaces

Sleeping arrangements are organised as follows:
☀ Bedroom 1 of 14 m2: 140x190 bed with the possibility of adding a travel cot and/or a single bed (a large dressing room of 3m2 completes the whole).
☀ Bedroom 2 of 11m2: bed 140x190 with fitted cupboard.
☀ Possibility of extension upstairs by a small staircase to converted attic and attic with a bedroom (2 x single beds) and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet (height at the ridge = 2m)

And of course: Wifi Internet, air conditioning, electric shutters for the bay windows, remote-controlled garage door, 23m2 terrace, WII game console, board games, extra bed, 1 baby bed and booster chair, child toilet reducer.

You have at your disposal three adult bikes and a children's bike free of charge to stroll on the roads of the Isle of Beauty!

Services not included in the price: sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, towels, kitchen towels and bath mats. Possibility to book the laundry pack by giving notice a few days before arrival (price 20€ / person / week / payment on site)

ACTIVITIES

You are here in the north of Corsica between Cap Corse (the finger of Corsica) and the Agriates Desert known for its white sandy beaches (Saleccia Beach).

You will find many activities in the surrounding area:
- The charm of Saint-Florent: its citadel, its cathedral, its magnificent bay of white sand and turquoise water suitable for children. Possibility of boat and jet-ski rental at the port, diving club, paragliding club, flying boat (yes, yes!) and rental of motorbikes, bicycles and quads. Shops, bars, restaurants and festivals (Porto Latino in August and Les nuits de la Guitare in July).
- The most beautiful beaches of Upper Corsica: the beaches of Lotu and Saleccia (Boat shuttle in 20min) from Saint Florent and Nonza beach (to be discovered absolutely)
