You'll be delighted by this beautiful new 62 m² flat with a sublime view of the mountains! Located in Oletta, Haute Corse, it's just 7 minutes from the beach.
Comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 travellers, it features a living room with double sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sublime mountain views. Bed linen and towels not provided. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows:

- Air-conditioned living room with corner sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining table.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, overhead dining area...
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 "New York": double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), storage space, TV.
- Bedroom 2 "Bateau": double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC.
Outside
- South-facing terrace with mountain views, furnished with garden furniture.

- Very quiet area in the heart of nature, yet close to the shops.
- E.Leclerc hypermarket 3 minutes away by car.
- Saint Florent is 5 kilometres away (7 min by car).
