Access to the villa is through the lower garden, thoughtfully arranged with an outdoor dining area and a sunbathing terrace.
On this level, an independent studio features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a shower room, and a WC.
Inside the main villa, the entrance opens directly onto the principal living area, enhanced by impressive ceiling height and abundant natural light.
The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa space, a smart TV, and a dining area, all seamlessly connected to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen with central island.
This level also includes a laundry area as well as an independent guest WC.
Upstairs, the villa accommodates three bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with queen-size bed, bathtub area, and walk-in shower
- A second bedroom with queen-size bed and private shower area
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
An additional shower room with WC completes this floor.
From this level, there is direct access to the upper garden, where the 5 x 2.5m swimming pool and an outdoor lounge area invite moments of relaxation overlooking the surrounding scenery.
