Welcome to your slice of beach paradise! The condo is a 6-minute walk to the beautiful and tranquil Saint Augustine Beach. Just grab the beach chairs and towels provided. There are numerous restaurants in the area for whatever you're in the mood for. Walk around the corner to Salt Life Food Shack and enjoy dinner on their patio feeling the ocean breeze. The Saint John’s County Fishing Pier, volleyball courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, an art gallery, and a splash pad for the little ones are all a short walk.
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse are all located along the A1A and are minutes to drive to. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a 10-minute drive. Explore while strolling historic streets with quaint little shops and eateries. This condo really is the perfect location nestled in between everything you need while adventuring in town.
The condo sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 closets, a beautiful vanity table set, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second guest room provides 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen features include dishes, cooking utensils, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Smart TV and Internet are also provided.
Relax and unwind on the comfy couch streaming your favorite shows. The community pool is just steps away from your door and the local YMCA is across the street.
- Community Pool: The pool is a community amenity maintained by the association. Pool availability is not guaranteed, and Owner is not responsible for any pool closures, maintenance, repairs, or restricted access during the rental period.
-There are 2 unassigned parking spaces available in the outdoor lot
-The person booking is required to be at the property during the entire stay. No third-party booking
-Unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires going up a set of stairs
Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs allowed (under 30 lbs each). No aggressive breeds permitted.
No cats allowed.
A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid in advance.
If your dog loves to cuddle on the furniture, please remember to bring a special blanket to cover the sofa or bed where they will be resting.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in a deduction from the security deposit (pet fee + $100 cleaning charge).

Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, trash bags, dish/laundry soap). Guests should plan to replenish during their stay.
Hurricane season: No refunds or rescheduling, even for evacuation orders. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited

This condo was a very cute, well kept, and well stocked rental. It was across the street from the public beach access and close to restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Dirk was very responsive and helpful. He even set up a pack and play and let us check in early so that our 1 year old could have a place to nap. Great location and just what we needed for last minute vacation.

Our family really enjoyed staying here! The condo had many extra amenities that we greatly appreciated, and it was very clean. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there was a nice pool next to the condo. It was the perfect location, we will definitely returning.
