About this apartment rental
Fun and relaxing. Whether taking a few minutes to walk to Saint Augustine Beach, or to multiple restaurants with delicious food varieties with entertainment at Salt Life. And there is the Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, Pavilion, and Splash Park for the youngsters. This is the place to be! Beautifully furnished condo sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 more could sleep on the queen sized living room sleeper sofa if desired. In the master bedroom dial in your own comfort settings [with the clicker] on a king size SLEEP NUMBER® bed. The guest room has a conventional queen size bed and a bookcase full of books. Features a full kitchen including dishes and cooking utensils and dishwasher. Smart TV, Basic Cable and Internet are also provided. The YMCA is across the street & within walking distance. Bike and surf board rentals are available close by on A1A Beach @ A Street. Only a 10 minute car ride to downtown festivities. Notice the Zoo & Amphitheater on the way. This IS a fun place!
During the summer on Wednesday mornings there is a flea market featuring fresh fish and produce at the Pier parking area too.
During the summer on Wednesday evenings there are bands, dancing, and local restaurant food trucks at the Pier. AND you are allowed to bring chairs and coolers too. So charming and relaxing. Drive or walk.
Like a hotel, the door locks behind you every time. Upon entry and upon exit. Keep the ELECTRONIC door code on you, or in your car, or memorize the door code if you leave your phone indoors. There is an eel skin key case in the drawer on right side of the stove if you prefer a key. Be sure to replace key case back in the drawer BEFORE final exit.
Smaller dogs allows. But NOT on furniture!
Please use a crate if they are left home alone.
Recently the streets have been repaved, pool refurbished, and fresh exterior paint.

Great location, was so convenient to get to everything. We took our Labradoodle and there was a nearby dog park. The condo had everything you need, including chairs and beach gear.

Everything was wonderful! The location, the condo, the weather. We had a great weekend. The amenities the host provides are above and beyond. We will be back.

Good location but the st thing we noticed was the sidewalk to the front door has a large unmarked hole with landscaping mulch in it & if someone is not paying attention they could trip & fall and get hurt, there should be something there to prevent a accident. The refrigerator was not clean, microwave is on it's last leg. The floors were dirty with sand & bugs when we got there. I dropped something in the spare bedroom & when I got down to pick it up I looked under the bed & the TV stand it doesn't look like it has been cleaned under in a while. We don't know if they have a extermator come in but we found & killed a lot of cockroaches and other bugs. We found one in the cabnet between the microwave & the refrigerator, my husband had one on his tooth brush & our family member found one in there suitcase when they opened it today to start packing. The light with the ceiling fan in the spare bedroom does not work.
