Our location is perfect any time of the year.
One of kind condo experience: a setting which is a short walk to the beautiful flat beaches or free parking next to the pier. All your beach needs: umbrella, towels, beach chairs...and a beach cart!
As a fellow vacationer explains: itās the šhive to begin your exploration of the most ancient city in America! So many adventures if you choose to partake or notš¦We have enjoyed so many places in the time we have spent in St. Augustine. First walking to the beach, swimming, fishing off the pier, riding a bike to the inter-coastal with the seagulls in the morning, playing volleyball, hanging out listening to the outdoor concerts and music echoing from local hot spots.
Cool theme restaurants like The Conch house and newly renovated Panama Hattieās. Salt Life restaurant which can pick you up by golf cart if your drinking more than one; the taco shop known for their UFO tacos, Le petitās French bakery which has amazing omelets that are so huge you will have to shareā¦. or not! Geez havenāt touched on the historic district which has so much good food and enjoyable/quaint evening dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and places to kick back and have a drink while listening to music and people watching from one of the many balconies. There is public parking however we suggest the Red Trolley, Uber, aLyft or even take the bikes if youāre the atheletic type.
There is a Farmers market several mornings during the week as well as major concerts in the local Amphitheater which you can get to by bike or less than mile drive. Dates and times available in The Social of St. Augustine on the internet.
Volleyball is available on the 6 beach courts next to the pier. One of our favorite things to do.
I like the pet adoption thrift store .5 mile away for unique things (the hubby doesnāt like that kind of hunting) and donāt forget to go to the alligator farm although a bit too close to the pet adoptionsš§š¦ for my liking. (Only kidding). so many adventures in the coolest place ever and we are originally from New York!

The place was homey and cozy with an overall beach feel. It had everything we needed. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us as well as bottled water. Kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for cooking and baking. A 12 cup Coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee pot were available plus coffee, creamer and Pods to get you started.The hosts, Lori and Jon, seemed to think of everything. They were very easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately. The location was perfect.. near everything. Great restaurants were nearby as well as the beach. Walk or drive! And it was only a short drive to so many attractions. The hosts description of everything was right on point. No surprises. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Loved our time there!

Place was clean and check in was very smooth and easy.Check-In and Check- Out Proceduce were easy to follow. Location was great for getting around the Island, easy to hop in the car and get to the Letter Streets while also being close to the 312 bridge if you need to get downtown or hit any of the stores off of 207 or US-1. Great Place if you want to be near the beach but also be mobile around the different parts of St. Aug. Thank you

This place was very nice. Clean and very welcoming. Close to everything! Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again next visit to St. Augustine!!

Condo was dark and dated. Needs a good paint job and new bedroom carpet. The Queen bed mattress was horrible. Husband got out of bed and slept on sofa all week. Appliances were old, rusty and there were bugs in the hand sanitizer in the kitchen. We found a dead snake in one of the bedroom wicker baskets. Bath tub needs updating and upstairs guests were noisy every night. After we used a bath towel for a bath mat in each bathroom ( we couldn't find any) there were 4 bath towels left for 4 people. Had to wash towels everyday and dishes as well, none of which matched(towels or dishes )The 2 beach chairs for adults in the closet were old, rusted and nearly broke apart when used.The complex pool was closed all week which was never communicated to us prior to arriving at the condo. I'm sure the owners new about it as HOA sends out emails to owners about such things. Very disappointing for renters with young kids looking to swim on vacation. The free version of ROKU on the TV was horrible too. No premium channels to watch like Disney+, HGTV, Discovery, exct. Internet speed of 100 meg made downloading our pics extremely slow. Took over 24 hours. Condo location was very good but owners need to put some of the money they're getting back into the condo for improvements.
