Amazing apartment! We felt like we were house-sitting for a friend. Super clean! Spacious! Beautifully decorated in a beach vibe. Clean furniture. Nice dishes (not junky, cheap ones like at so many rentals). Two large bedrooms with spacious closets containing abundant hangers. Luggage stands...my wife was so happy because she never leaves her luggage on the floor. Terrific porch to enjoy the weather. Attention to details...the bathroom had a heat fan my wife loved! The owner even had laundry pods and dishwarer pods available. My wife did not want to leave. Bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels were thick and clean! Provided beach chairs! Super quiet neighborhood that was great for walking our dogs. Walkable to the beach. We will definitely seek out properties from this owner for our next trip to St. Augustine. PS...my wife also loved the little holiday decorations since we were there over Christmas. The little fox pillow was too cute.

This property was perfect, especially for a “fisherman's widow.” While my husband fished, I kept busy with easy access to the beach and great places to eat within walking distance. Our hosts were accommodating, quick to respond and made our stay most welcoming.

This house was gorgeous! They had everything we could ever need. Smelled wonderful when walking in. House was very clean. Loved the welcome gift! Awesome recommendations on food! Would love to stay again when back in town.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable! I loved the heated bathroom fan too!
