This is a duplex. There is a unit upstairs and is NOT shared with this unit.

You can walk to the beach, a local coffee-shop nearby, a local surf shop, mini-golf or to a local Mexican restaurant. Within five miles is downtown Saint Augustine. Oh, the places you'll go!

We had a really good time staying here for two nights with family. Very good location, close to the beach and good places to eat nearby. House has everything you need. Would come back again for sure!

Location was great—-just a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The house was well-layed out and clean but some of the furnishings were a little worn and a few more serving dishes and pots and pans would have been nice. Overall though, a comfortable place to stay and good value.

Property is in a great location, spacious and comfortable. Resources on property are very minimal. Short on bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. for 6pp. Needs a better cleaning person. There were shoes/toys from previous occupant and webs under sofa. Don't want to think about that when on holiday. But if improved would gladly pay for another visit.
