Enjoy resort living in this two level condo with tremendous ocean and pool views from two balconies, and just steps from the beachfront pool and boardwalk access to the sand! Enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun come up over the ocean each morning, and a glass of wine during the nightly sunset colors reflected on the waves. Take the stairs down to the pool and the beautiful common grounds of the complex. A nearby boardwalk with a gazebo leads to the white sand of beautiful St. Augustine Beach!
Ocean Villas 23 features a fully stocked, modern kitchen. Relax in the spacious, open concept family room and dining area, and enjoy movies on the large screen TV. The entire living area looks out to the view of the beach! Just off the main hall, there is a full bathroom and laundry room, as well as a storage closet with beach supplies, including an umbrella, chairs, and beach wagon. A queen sized sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Upstairs, you will find two suites designed with guests in mind. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a large screen TV, and is attached to a brand new private bathroom with a double vanity and spacious walk in shower with a rain head. Step out onto the balcony from the master and enjoy beachside pool views. The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and large screen TV and attached private bath. Each of the bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft towels and showering amenities. Throughout the condo, you will find a soft, beach theme, and modern conveniences.
Ocean Villas complex is ideally located within walking distance of the Golden Mile Beach strip with local beach and surf shops, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and activities like putt-putt, and the Pier Park. You will find grocery stores where you can stock up for the week only two minutes' drive down the road. The complex is family oriented and is gated for extra security. Walkways boast manicured grounds and lead to two pools, a heated lagoon pool with surrounding boardwalk, and the beach pool, located just behind this unit. A private boardwalk takes you to gorgeous dunes and white sands where you can enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, and walking. **PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. 2 dogs max allowed by the complex.

Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.

Our condo had 2 balconies with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Loved sitting out to read, relax and enjoy the view. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have 2 kings. The beach is wide and flat, great for walking. Beach chairs, ironing board and iron, vacuum, broom, extra sheets and pillows, were provided. Starting toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pellets, dishwasher liquid was nice touch. Two pools are very nice. TVs easy to work. Entryway has a nice bench to put on shoes and hooks for hanging coats hats etc. Very nice stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured-modern beach decor, clean and bright. I could see the ocean from the kitchen sink and from the bed in the primary bedroom. We were very comfortable. I really enjoyed afternoons walking on the beach or reading on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. The place was in a great location, walkable to a number of restaurants. We loved the proximity to St. Augustine Old Town. Would stay here again-highly recommend!

Condo was very nice! Very clean, decor was lovely. Loved sitting out on the balconies listening to the waves from the ocean. Not a complaint but just for info for anyone looking at this condo and wondering how the beds sleep…. Bed in master with balcony is very firm, bed in other master not quite as firm as the other one. Great communication between us and the owners, no problems with entry to condo, no problems with condo.
