Centralized AC keep bedrooms and entire place with a nice comfortable temperature with the exception of single bedroom which has a window unit.

There is one full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home.
You can use the dining area in the kitchen, there is also a wooden table to make yourself comfortable.
The living room has cable TV, small table and a big couch capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

The backyard is fully fenced, includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.
There is also a small outdoor shower close if needed.

When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - A you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

This property was perfect! We were in town for a wedding and the house was in such a great location. We were able to walk to the beach with our dogs and just hang out for an hour or so in between events. Our host was extremely accommodating and responded to any message we left, immediately. (We’re technologically challenged) We were left a gift card for an ice cream shop and our son and girlfriend went and said it was the BEST ice cream they’d ever had! High praise from our 25 year old son! We’ve gone to St Augustine since our son was 5 months old and we would definitely stay here again!
